Excellent service from start to finish. Truly professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Hamam was amazing and was not rushed. The lady was excellent with her service and very friendly.
Dear Guest, Thank you for the wonderful review! Really glad the hamam experience was so relaxing and unhurried and that the lady made you feel so welcome. Professional from start to finish is exactly what we aim for. Hope to welcome you back again someday! Kind regards 🧿 Tourmania Team
Great, a must for every traveler to Turkey.
Liebe/r Gast, Ein absolutes Muss für jeden Türkei Urlauber, das ist das schönste Kompliment! Vielen Dank und wir hoffen, Sie bald wiederzusehen! Herzliche Grüße 🧿 Tourmania Team
Brilliant spa and had the best time. I was nervous as have never been to a spa but we booked it as 2 adults and then they kept me and my boyfriend together the whole time. It was great! We had wonderful massages and the staff were so kind and friendly. We didn’t take any physical money so couldn’t tip which was a shame as we wish we did! We upgraded our spa experience to the “gold package” and we were so happy that we did! Altogether it cost £110 so £55 each but it was 2 hours and we had access to loads of things plus a full body massage, hot stones , tea and so much more. The transfers were dealt with well and if I had any questions then the organiser messaged me back quickly. 10/10 experience and would love to go back.
Dear Guest, Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience with the Traditional Turkish Bath in Alanya. We’re delighted to hear that you and your boyfriend enjoyed the “gold package” and felt comfortable throughout your visit. It’s great to know that you appreciated the full-body massages, hot stones, tea, and the kind, friendly service of our staff. We’re also glad the transfers were smooth and our team was responsive to your questions. Your 10/10 rating means a lot to us, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another relaxing and memorable experience soon! Warm regards, The Tourmania Team
After being picked up by a friendly and professional driver, I enjoyed the spa with professional staff and excellent service. A great experience!
Thank you so much for your amazing review! We will share this with the team to let them know to keep up the amazing work !
Poor quality turkish bath. Durty and old.overcrowded. with bad foam massage ans scrub. It is the worst hammam I have ever experienced.
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your Turkish bath experience did not meet your expectations and that you found the facility overcrowded and below acceptable standards of cleanliness and quality. This is certainly not the level of experience we aim to offer our guests. Your comments regarding the condition of the hammam and the quality of the foam massage and scrub are taken very seriously. We will forward your feedback directly to our facility management to ensure that hygiene, comfort, and service quality meet proper standards. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience, as it helps us identify areas that require immediate improvement. We regret that this visit left such a negative impression and hope we may have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future. Kind regards, Tourmania Team
I had an amazing time today, the staff at the Turkish bath experience were very professional and very skilled, everyone spoke good english too which was fab. The driver was also friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this.
We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to leave us a wonderful review.
It was great. Service was good, girls were beautiful and very professional. I felt great after this session. Recommended
Transfers was punctual and comfortable and the Turkish bath was very relaxing and great value for money.
Be sure to book the second package offered on site! You can pay with a credit card or later at the hotel to the driver. It smells really good, the massage was fantastic, the hammam was super relaxing. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back!
