From the moment we walked into Hürrem Sultan Hamami, Mona (or maybe her name was Roya?) made us feel genuinely cared for. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She offered us Turkish coffee and made sure every step felt smooth and comfortable. Her kindness and calm presence set the tone for our whole visit. She truly made our first hammam experience memorable. Thank you Mona.
The experience was unique- both for the historical ambiance of the place- the treatment and Sinan - who did an amazing job of providing the treament- I highly reccomend this place.

The best experience I’ve had—the Kese scrub and bubble massage were outstanding. The location, hygiene, and customer service were all excellent. Assuma (??) was so impressive and gentle that I felt compelled to tip her. A wonderful way to treat oneself.

This was such an amazing experience. I was excited but nervous because I dont typically handle steam saunas well but this exceeded any expectation I couldve possibly had. I booked my spa for the last evening of my 2 week trip to Greece and Turkey and it completely revived my body and spirit. Asaman was my guide/masseuse and I could not recommend her enough, she was incredible. The entire time I felt so relaxed and safe in her care. If you only have the time or resources to do one “big spend” in Istanbul, I really recommend it be this. If your buget is tighter, even the most basic treatment is transcendent truly.

Unique experience that really was enlightening regarding the Turkish bath custom. The idea is to be clean, not a typical spa like experience. Oulseken did a wonderful job providing my treatment and walking me through the process.

I had a great experience with Nihan! She was an excellent masseuse and guided through my first Hamman experience with ease . My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed this Turkish spa experience. Again, Nihan was excellent!

There was nothing relaxing about the experience. The lady took me by the arm, left me for 10 minutes so I could relax and put water on my body, came in very quickly put on a body mask, then left again for 10 minutes, presumably for it to dry a bit and then she kept pouring water over me to get them clay off, and then she spend time cleaning the floors, etc. and then she did a quick bubble massage, and again spend time cleaning the floor. There was a lot of water just dumped over me and a lot of noise from that which was echoing in the chamber. So overall, not a pleasant experience. I did not find the person who did the service is very friendly either. There was nothing relaxing about the experience. The facilities were great though.
