Loved this Emily in Paris croissant experience. The instructor was so patient and detailed, teaching us real French techniques. We made our own red croissants from scratch, tasted fresh pastries and got to take home what we made. Learned so much about French baking!

Highlight of our trip!! We had such a fun morning — Sarah is a fantastic instructor, warm, funny and really good at making everyone feel comfortable from the start. The croissants came out better than expected and we were pretty proud of ourselves by the end. Highly recommend!

Our chef, Sarah was a joy—clear, funny, and incredibly patient. Learning the folds felt like stepping into my own little Emily in Paris moment, especially when we started shaping the beautiful bicolor red croissant. When it came out of the oven, it looked unreal—glossy, flaky, and almost too pretty to eat. Sarah wrapped everything up by giving us printed photos from the workshop, and we walked out with our pastries tucked into these adorable branded tote bags that made the whole thing feel even more Parisian.
Loved every minute of this experience. Easy to follow, super fun, and the croissants turned out amazing. One of our favorite activities in Paris!
This was such a fun and genuine experience. The chef was welcoming and made the whole process easy to follow. We even made red croissants, which looked amazing and tasted just as good! Rolling the dough, shaping the pastries, and smelling them bake was honestly the highlight of my trip. I’ll never look at a croissant the same way again.
