Valentina was a great guide for our bakery class in Paris!

Our tour was fantastic: the tour takes place inside the bakery, meaning the class is very authentic and personal. Our awesome tour guide Valentina was very knowledgeable and spoke Italian, French and English — she really made for a special experience. Totally recommend.

Great experience with Clara

Clara was great! We rolled our own baguettes and made financiers. We also learned about the history of the baguette, financiers and croissant. She really engaged with us and made the whole experience lovely.

very good class I would recommend

it was wonderful having this experience in a small group with just my friends. Our instructor was very knowledgeable, funny, easy to talk to and learn from. The bakery itself was busy and the workers in the back were so nice to let us observe a working bakery!

A fun time was had by everyone.

You’re in a working bakery, be flexible and aware of coworkers. Could be longer but you get the experience and a better understanding of the process. The dough is clearly critical.

Awesome baking experience in Paris!!

This was such a great experience. It turned out that I was the only person who signed up for the class, so it was a 1:1 baking experience. The class took place in a working bakery, so I had the opportunity to see where they made some amazing pastries. I was given some history of the baguette and how this particular artisanal bakery made them. I helped form several baguettes and then went downstairs to the other part of the bakery and made financiers from scratch!! Once everything was done, they gave me everything to take home. It was super fun and yummy!! I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone. It was also very informative and a great way to spend a few hours on my birthday. 🎉 🎂

Baking and Taking Bread

We had an amazing time baking with Valentina! Not only did we get to see all the steps of bread baking in a real French bakery, but we got to bake breads, make financiers and roll some croissants. We got to take home everything we baked, too. I highly recommend!

Great bread/pastry instruction

We had a great time. Valentina was a fantastic guide/instructor. She was extremely friendly, intelligent, helpful and encouraging. When we arrived we were offered treats from a selection of croissants and other treats. We were then escorted to the back of the patisserie and giving apron, hairnets and washed our hands. Valentina then explained the process of making the dough and time that goes into it. We then went hands on shaping our baguettes we also did a braid and boules. We then went to the pastry kitchen and made some financiers. We got hands on rolling croissants while our financiers were baking. Once that was done we baked our bread and left with all of our delicious bread and financiers. We had a great time and would recommend to any looking to do something a little different.

A Great Way To Spend Time Learning a French Craft.

What a fun, educational experience. We learned all that goes into making a baguette, then made them along with financiers, round 'bowls', braided baguettes, and more. Valentina was a great teacher and I left with a lot of breads. They were also very accommodating as I am handicapped. I would highly recommend this class.

Experience the inner workings of a traditional boulingerie while you learn to bake!

I learned so much from Paolina and in the setting of a traditional boulingerie to boot! It’s a truly unique experience to learn and experience the inner workings of a boulingerie while also learning about baking. I highly recommend this experience as it’s not a traditional class where you’re off in a kitchen on your own. Time flew by and I was even able to take a few treats we made with me!
