通常の料理教室とは異なり、この体験は教室ではなく本物のパリのパン屋の中で行われます。 わずか8名の参加者で、実践的なテクニックとインサイダーストーリーの両方を共有するプロのフランス語パン職人による直接実践的な指導を受けられます。 見るだけじゃない、パン生地を形作り、ペストリーを貼り合わせ、パンやケーキを味わいながら、その歴史や秘密を学んでいく。 バゲットがフランス語文化の象徴である理由の発見から、クロワッサンの驚くべき起源の解明まで、あらゆるディテールが体験に深みを与えます。 最後には、焼きたての創作料理と、旅のずっと後に本格的なフランス語の味を自宅のキッチンに持ち込むための知識と自信を持って出発します。

This was a very unpleasant experience. The woman leading it was irritable and rude, and she seemed annoyed to be offering this experience. Separately, as a warning, this experience has no air conditioning or fans, and the whole 90 minutes are extremely warm.
Pierre was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and made the whole experience so fun! The snacks were so delicious and we learned some very interesting baking techniques we will definitely take home!
Pierre was so nice, gave us a full tour and hands-on experience in the bakery. We were lucky to be the only ones there so got his full attention. The snacks including pastries and baguettes were delicious and I'm hoping to try again at home now with some new tips.
Great cooking class. Yeju was super nice and knowledgeable! She kept saying “are we good” which was so cute! Would do another cooking class with Yeju!

Fun experience, cycling through how baguettes and financiers are made, and rolling a croissant which you get the take back with you. It is a working bakery after all so be prepared for a bit of a squeeze. Pierre was hospitable and kept up a good level of energy throughout.
