Best Guide of Rio
Sensational, the guy is very professional in what he does, we like his work so much that this is the third time we've taken a tour of Christ with him. Best guide + photographer in Rio without a doubt, besides being very friendly with everyone and very honest.

Tour favela
The experience with Abeto Tour was incredible! Even with the rain, we had a lot of fun. The service, the charisma, and the kindness make you feel very good throughout the entire tour. We laughed a lot and I 100% recommend it!"

Definitely 10/10
Out of 6 excursions during my stay in Rio this was by far my favorite! Kim was amazing she took care of the crew and myself from beginning to end! This tour really changed my perspective on life. It’s a must do in Rio and it’s a must you ask for Kim. Even the host who does the replying and communicating before you meet your guide was amazing. Thank you all of you I really enjoyed

The best favela tour of the RJ
Beto is extremely committed to delivering the best photos, we arrived at the viewpoint and he knew that the fog would bother, we went quickly to the Christ and the photos got beautiful. Known and loved by all, makes the tour a very local experience, we felt very calm on the favela tour. Super recommend with the best of RJ drone images

First of all, I sincerely apologize. I only saw your review today, and unfortunately it had gone unnoticed.
Around July 14, I was hospitalized with kidney stones and ended up being very ill for about 15 days. During that time, I completely failed to check my TripAdvisor reservations, and because of that I missed your booking. I take full responsibility for this, and I truly understand your frustration.
I know this situation was very disappointing, and you had every reason to be upset after waiting for us in the rain.
My WhatsApp number is listed on TripAdvisor (+55 21 97135-7033). If you had contacted me there, I—or even someone in my family—would have replied, since your tour was scheduled only two days after the booking. However, I understand that it was my responsibility to see the reservation, not yours to contact me.
Your payment was fully refunded, and I did not receive any payment for your reservation.

Our experience with the Beto guide was simply 10/10!
Beto knows Rio de Janeiro from all possible angles and thanks to him we were able to discover the city in a truly exceptional way. He shared with us many knowledge, stories and amazing tips that made each visit even more interesting and special.
In addition to being extremely kind, attentive and professional, he also takes wonderful photos! The photos were simply amazing and turned our trip into unforgettable memories. Thanks to his talent, we came home with unique memories and perfect records of this wonderful experience in Rio.
