What we loved about this tour was that we were pick up directly from our hotel, on time and with a warm welcome. The tour was informative, you did not feel rushed which allowed the most important aspect which is enjoying the falls whilst the sun is rising and capturing amazing photos. There are no crowds and most importantly you can just hear the power of the water without what seems like millions of helicopters flying over (I nicknamed them the jet skis of the sky, so noisy). My only suggestion is that they include ponchos as part of the tour (we did an afternoon tour with another company and they included them as part of the tour – it was a nice touch). Or if you do book this tour, please make sure you bring your own as it is necessary when the falls are at full capacity like they were for us. I have no hesitations in recommending this tour and would book again if we were back in Victoria Falls. Thanks!
