We had an excellent experience and our two guides for each side (Delphister- Zambia and Shelton - Zimbabwe) were knowledgeable and very patient and considerate of us. Overall I think we walked about 6km with multiple stops at vantage points along the length of the falls. It was a fitting end for our visit to the region. Just note that Zambia has kept their Park fee at US$20 pp compared to Zimbabwe which is US$58pp now.

A memorable trip to Victoria Falls!
We had a wonderful trip to Victoria Falls, visiting both the Zambian and Zimbabwean sides. The experience was absolutely amazing, and both sites offered breathtaking views and unforgettable moments. Our guides, Shelton on Zimbabwe side and Delphister on Zambia side, were excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful throughout the trip. Zambian experience
Our day trip into Zambia was terrific thanks to the smooth pickups at each border, the courteous drivers and our outstanding guide, Delphister.
Delphister guided us around the Zambian side of Victoria Falls, the Livingstone Museum and a tour around the town of Livingstone.
She accompanied us the whole time, pointing out the important points and answering all our questions. We came away knowing a lot more about Zambia, its history and culture.

Unique opportunity to view both sides
Delphister on the Zambian side and Shelton on the Zimbabwean side were both excellent guides. Very informative and helpful. Delphister also made crossing the border a breeze.

Breathtaking Victoria Falls from 2 countries
Booked this tour because I hoped to be joined by other solo travellers. Unfortunately I was the only one so was a private tour after all. Nevertheless I had a great time and the guides Shelton and Delphistee were knowledgable, engaging, fun and of course helpful with the pictures.

Fantastic experience!
We were picked up, on time, by Sheldon at our lodging. He was kind, and very informational! He took us through the boarder crossing and handed us off to Delphister who was our guide on the Zambia side viewing, absolutely delightful! Then back to the Zimbabwe side and viewing.
The entire experience was seamless and joyful! I would not have wanted to figure out the two border crossings and the passport inspections without these guides. Everything is a bit confusing.

Lamentable provider
Lamentable, I had to cancel because they confirmed to me that my hotel was suitable for pickup and the day before the excursion they told me it was not suitable.
A scam and very bad service.

We understand your frustration, but we also feel that this review is unfair and does not accurately reflect what happened.
We contacted you two days before the scheduled activity to clarify the pickup arrangements. At the time of booking, we were not aware that your accommodation, Pinel Retreat Centre, is located on the village side, approximately 20 km from Victoria Falls town, where our standard tour vehicles operate.
The road/access conditions to the property are not suitable for our vehicles, which is why we informed you as soon as we became aware of the situation. Unfortunately, you decided not to proceed with the tour.
We also made every effort to communicate with you via WhatsApp, but we were disappointed by the insulting language used towards our team when we were simply trying to find a solution.
We always strive to provide a professional service and communicate with our guests as clearly as possible. We sincerely regret the inconvenience, but describing our service as a “scam” and calling our team “garbage” is unfair, especially since the activity was not actually undertaken.
We respect your disappointment, but we kindly ask that reviews accurately reflect the circumstances and the service that was actually provided.

Victoria Falls
An amazing experience, Zambia fee $20 each and Zimbabwe $58 each. Receipted at both sides. Our Tour guides Delphister for Zambia and Michael for Zimbabwe were excellent. Extremely informative and obviously have a love for the Falls. At this time of year rain capes are a must, the mist was extreme and certain parts very very wet, but the rainbows are just fantastic. The border crossing was very smooth and our guides ensured the process was quick and easy. In summary highly recommended.

An Outstanding Private Tour of Both Sides of Victoria Falls
Our private tour of both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides of Victoria Falls was exceptional from beginning to end.
Sheldon was everything we could have hoped for in a guide. He was punctual, professional, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the falls, birds, wildlife, history, and local culture. He paid close attention to our pace and adjusted easily whenever we wanted to slow down, stop longer, or move more quickly. His sense of humor made the day even more enjoyable, and he immediately put us at ease. We truly could not have imagined a better guide. There is absolutely nothing we would suggest improving.
On the Zambia side, Delphisti was helpful throughout the experience. She kept us informed about the border-crossing process, was knowledgeable about the history and culture of Zambia and the falls, took her time with us, and was kind and patient.
We would gladly recommend both Sheldon and Delphisti. We also highly recommend touring both sides of Victoria Falls to experience the full scope of the falls and better understand how Zimbabwe and Zambia each connect to and differently share this extraordinary World Wonder.
