The lack of drinking water, insufficient communication regarding your return transfer, and the extended wait at the border are not the level of service we aim to provide. While we’re glad alternative transportation was eventually arranged at no additional cost to you, we fully understand that this was not the experience you booked or expected. Most importantly, you should have been kept properly informed throughout rather than having to ask what was happening. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will address these concerns with our Zambia operations team and reinforce the importance of consistent communication, preparedness, and coordination so that guests receive a professional experience on both sides of Victoria Falls.
