Omar was a fantastic tour guide! Our start time got adjusted, but he was flexible to meet our schedule needs. Historical context provided behind both food and local cultural elements. We literally had “soup to nuts” and everything in between. Though we did this before leaving Marrakech, we recommend it at the start of your journey. Love for Marrakech!
The score SHOULD BE ZERO or NO STARS!!! I booked and was confirmed for the 10:00 am food tour on September 12. I showed up at 9:30 am at the Cafe de France meeting point and NO ONE SHOWED UP! I called the activity provider Authentic Marrakech Guided Tours and get voicemail. I called TripAdvisor and questioned why they confirmed it.Customer service assured me that they received confirmation from them. It is totally unacceptable how this food tour was a no show with not even by an explanation on what happened or AN APOLOGY! DO NOT BOOK THIS ACTIVITY OR DO BUSINESS WITH AUTHENTIC MARRAKECH GUIDED TOURS.

We did the Medina Souks walking tour with Yaya and it was a fantastic experience. He showed us many special places and explained the rich cultures of Marrakesh. It was a perfect tour for our first day.

Our food tour with Aziz was one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakesh. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. We stopped at several local places and tried a great variety of authentic Moroccan dishes, all of which were delicious. We also learned a lot about the city’s culture and history along the way.
