Wonderful experience from start to finish. Meet and meeting place on time, took the small group in the the food area of the souks, only a few minutes walk away, to buy all the fresh vegetables and meet required for our cooking experience. Once we'd arrived, we were offered traditional mint tea, and saw how it was prepared and why, we all had a go at Pouring our own mint tea. Then we were guided to the tables and expertly guided in the preparation of the vegetables, talked through about the spices and how to make the sauces. Everyone was given a tasks to do throughout and help was always on hand. Once we'd finished prepping the vegetables, and watched how it was all added to the tagines for cooking. Once the food was ready, we all sat down and enjoyed 3 traditional starters, vegetable tangible and a chicken tangine, accompanied with local bread. Water was provided as well. It was a lovely,fun experience to do with my husband and daughter, and also talking to other families of different countries. Well worth it, and shall certainly be cooking some once home, as its quite easy ...

We had a lovely traditional experience. we learned a lot about the local spices and how to use them. the gave us a vegetarian option too. it was really nice to buy in the market the ingredients

This was such a fun experience! The chef was amazing. I learned quite a bit from her, and we made some delicious food! I highly recommend this experience.

Great class with people who really know what they're doing. I've never grated a tomato before or mashed an aubergine/eggplant before, but they came out amazingly! Everyone contributes something towards the end dishes so the meal feels earned.

I am very cautious about what I eat and drink on vacation. I felt every precaution was taken to keep us healthy! We did not get sick after eating the food. We really enjoyed this experience! It was a fantastic experience!! The food was delicious! This was top of the list of fun things to do in Marrakesh!!! Have the experience you will not regret it!!

Great Moroccan cooking class with the chef We started at the market, then back in the kitchen, we were kindly offered tea with all the explanations of the process. After the cooking and especially the tasting A real delight, everything was perfect and delicious, impeccable hygiene

I would prepare dishes that require more preparation like chicken pastilla etc., Moroccan salads, and couscous. Since we had already been through the market, the whole shopping thing didn't really catch my attention, They are charming and everything was very clean and tidy.

Excellent guide, lovely Ilham who spoke excellent English and who explained and answered all questions and who translated for the inimitable and excellent Chef Khamisa. The whole experience buying, preparing, cooking and savoring the fruits of our labor were an enjoyable learning experience. We took 2 hours and a half for everything, unrushed and step by step created delicious dishes. The fee was higher than other places but to me it was reasonable and worth every dirham. We were only 3 of us which made everything even more enjoyable. The inly drawback is accessing the recipes for which we have to install a QR reading app instead of being able to use just the code itself. Otherwise everything was superb.
