I participated in this cooking class with my daughter as part of a great group of 6 people, and it was one of the highlights of our vacation! We started with a complete immersion by going to the market together with Chef Hassan to choose and buy our fresh ingredients. It was an excellent introduction, very authentic. A warm and friendly atmosphere where everyone actively participated. Hassan is a pedagogical chef, generous and very kind. Together, we prepared a true feast: a chicken tagine with olives and preserved lemon; a vegetarian tagine; a kefta with eggs; and two typical appetizers. Special mention for the perfect introduction to the traditional preparation of mint tea, a fascinating learning moment. We then shared and tasted all the dishes we prepared together... A pure delight for the taste buds! An essential activity in Marrakech if you want to take home a piece of Moroccan know-how. A huge thank you to Hassan for this wonderful moment!

Best cooking class ever. Market visit was short, only one stop to buy vegetables. But the cooking experience was fun! And the food was DELICIOUS. Better than restaurants we've tried. Beef tajine was unforgettable! Still waiting for them to send the recipes though :)

Really great class, very good atmosphere, and many recipes made; we had an excellent time! We warmly recommend it.

Chefs Ahmed & Hassan made the whole experience fantastic for the whole family. They engaged the kids really well, encouraging them to try preparing and cooking everything the adults did, and gently pushing them to try foods we can’t manage to get them to eat at home (a big part of why we wanted to have this experience). With 4 different main dishes and 2 side dishes, there was something for everyone, and the food was beautiful. Their English and French are excellent, air conditioning effective, water dispenser cool and refreshing, chat entertaining, and venue spotless. I’d really recommend this as a fun family experience, though the others on the course were either singles or couples and they seemed to really enjoy themselves also.

Hassan and his colleague are very welcoming! The cooking class was enjoyable, fun, and cooperative. At the beginning, a quick tour of the local market, where there are few tourists, then it’s off to the kitchen with plenty of explanations (about tea and all the Moroccan specialties). I recommend it

I took my best friend to this cooking class for her birthday while we were in Marrakech, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the whole experience felt authentic from start to finish. We cooked six different tagines, learned so much about Moroccan cooking, and had such a fun time throughout the class. It was also wonderful meeting other people in the class, and the teamwork throughout the experience created such a lovely way to connect with strangers. The food was absolutely amazing without doubt the best meal I had in Marrakech. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and made even more special by being able to cook it ourselves. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Marrakech. Whether you love cooking or just want a unique and memorable activity, this is a must-do!
