The tour was absolutely amazing! Loris our tour guide was informative, passionate, and made the tour exciting! He was funny and very involved! The food was magnificent! We literally got the best of everything in Sorrento and some good laughs! I definitely recommend 10 of 10! We even have gone back to a few places he took us to so we could sit down and eat again! No regrets 🇮🇹
Loris was an excellent guide to the city of Sorrento. I especially liked his focus on family restaurants. All of the food and wine selected was good. The tour was about 3 hours with numerous stops, but it never felt rushed. The fee was reasonable given the small group nature of the tour. There were four of us, and we were asked beforehand if it would be ok if another family joined. In total our group was eight. A small group is worth it because it allowed us to visit some smaller local establishments.
My husband and I arrived in Sorrento and our first tour was a walking food and drink tour. We had an incredible guide, Loris, who introduced us to fresh local food, wine, limoncello and the best gnocchi we have ever had! He introduced us to the new and the old parts of Sorrento including its charm and history. Highly recommend booking this tour!!
Loris was a very good food tour guide. I appreciated how it focuses on the small, local businesses in the bustling Sorrento center. He also took us by a few artist studios that are very, very talented. It was a fun evening with Loris. We had lots of conversations about culture, both from him and us.

This is a wonderful walking and eating tour in Sorrento! Loris is a great guide and we enjoyed all the stops! By the end of the night we had a list of places to return to for the rest of our visit! It was a good focus on family run businesses with exceptional quality.
The most fabulous experience in Sorrento with our guide, Loris! He balanced our day perfectly from start to finish and took in every consideration for us. It was such a great way to get to know the city and the respective dishes and wonderful to get to know our knowledgeable guide. Can’t recommend enough!
We had the most authentic experience of Sorrento with our most excellent guide Loris. He took us through beautiful streets of Sorrento stopping at local food shops giving us a perfect balance of food, wine, spirits and coffee. Since I wanted to shop, he found me a wonderful spot for locally made treasures. We had so much fun talking with him at the various stops about culture, music and family! His personality and knowledge of the food and beverages made us feel so lucky to have met him!
We went with Loris around the Old Sorrento area on Aug 25, 2026. He picked fabulous places for us to try -pastry, cheese/meat platter, gnocchi (my fav) , limoncellos and dessert. All were small family run businesses which is our preference also. We also visited a local artisan with a great family inlaid wood shop. He added a lot of additional content about Sorrento. We would highly recommend going with him to anyone doing a food tour!
