We booked this food tour while on our honeymoon in Italy and we had a great experience! Our guide Francis was super knowledgeable about the food, city, and culture of the area so having our own guide for this was such a treat! We are both big food and wine people so getting to ask more technical questions from someone after the surface level stuff was really fun! We covered a lot of area walking but it felt very approachable while still feeling like you got to see a lot of the city. We went in mid-October so it was the ending of the “touristy” season so the crowds were small enough to be able to walk through while being big enough to feel like you are in a vibrant city. The food was all delicious and all the places were local shops, with some so tucked away you wouldn’t even know they were there from the street. The timing of the tour was so perfect we even got lovely sunset pictures overlooking the bay. We would highly recommend this tour!

Francis was very knowledgeable about the food scene and the local ingredients available in sorrento. The food was delicious and the garden we visited was fantastic with its lemon trees, vegetable garden and flora. People in Sorrento are lucky to have such a variety of fresh local food available. It makes a difference in the quality of the food. Perfecto!

Frances our guide was great! He was knowledgeable about the region and shared a lot about the history of the city. The highlight for me was making Sorrentino Pizza with the master!

Fantastic food tour with Francis. A great selection of local food and drinks. Francis was very knowledgeable about the area and showed us some key sites as well as recommendations for our stay. Highly recommend.

Our guide was very nice and made our tour very enjoyable. Glad we did this tour at the beginning of our trip because now we know where we would like to go back for another meal! I attached a few photos from a couple of the stops, we also had gelato that is not pictured and limoncello, both were amazing!

This was an excellent food tour with a good variety of samples and stops along the way. I’m so glad we booked this for our first full day to get a feel for Sorrento. Our guide Francis was lovely! I’ve done other Eating Europe food tours and they are always great! This was no exception. Def recommend over a traditional walking tour.

We had Francis as our main guide and Alessandro was training to be a guide and tagging along! Both were very knowledgeable and local to the region of Sorrento and told the history and stories of the people who live or lived there. There was not only great food (you will not go hungry!) but also a great job of showing us historical parts of the town including local artist, lemon groves, and took us into a beautiful garden! I would recommend this tour to anyone! It was also a perk that no other groups had booked this tour so we got a private tour!!
