Our guide Valentino was very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw most of the sites on the itinerary and took some beautiful pictures. That said, the tour was not as advertised, which was disappointing. We booked a tour including "culinary tasting" that specifically mentioned pizza, gelato and other local foods, so we did not have a proper dinner so that we could take advantage of that. We stopped for gelato, but that was it. We were travelling with our 4 kids (3 teenagers & a 5yo) and they were absolutely starving. We had to order delivery at midnight. We also didn't get to visit St Peter's Basilica. There was no assistance for the guide to project his voice, so nobody but I, sitting right behind him could hear what he was saying.
Sandro was the best! We enjoyed his golf cart tour so much we booked another one with him at night! He is super kind and very knowledgeable of the beautiful city of Rome.

Karim was wonderful! My husband had an injury a few weeks prior to our trip that prevented him from walking far distances and was going to prohibit us from checking some things off his list that we hadn’t seen in other trips to Rome. He adapted his tour to include both my husbands out of the way requests while still ensuring the person on our group who hadn't been to Rome was able to see the highlights. He was friendly, provided good information and we thoroughly enjoyed him. Definitely something we will include in future trips!
