京都中心部に佇む金継ぎ工房で、不完全さの美しさを紐解く。 割れた陶器を伝統的な漆と本物の金粉でアートに昇華する体験です。 陶器の器製のボウルや皿をエキスパートのインストラクターが指導し、一つ一つの欠陥を讃える黄金の線をなぞりながら、金継ぎの意義を学びます。 この古代の工芸品に従事しながら、その豊かな歴史と人生の不完全を受け入れる背後にある哲学を探索してください。 京都の冒険を捉えた、強靭さと美しさのパーソナルな証となるユニークなアート作品とともに旅立ちましょう。

Relaxing and thoughtful time
I had an amazing time getting to learn about Kintsugi and just being crafty alongside my partner. Kiara was an incredible and sweet guide. Would def recommend!!

It was a really fun experience, definitely recommend going if you’re in Kyoto!

Kintsugi
A fun 2 hours repairing and painting/ beautifying a broken bowl. Expertly run by Yuhi. Very easy to find. The bowl looked amazing!

We had a great time. Our guide, Al, was great. He helped us get the perfect result, while also explaining about the art and history of the kintsugi. Highly recommended
