5-Star Layover Tour with a Superb Guide! We booked a private Istanbul layover tour with Mr. Berk (the company owner) after discovering him on TripAdvisor. From our very first WhatsApp conversation, he was incredibly patient and prompt, helping us design the perfect itinerary. Excellent Coordination & Comfort: Since we were on a tight layover schedule with luggage, we were concerned about the logistics. Mr. Berk managed everything perfectly from the moment we arrived. He coordinated all our transfers seamlessly, making sure we didn't have to worry about a single detail, and personally escorted us right back to the departure gate at the end of the day. The Tour Experience: Mr. Berk is a true gentleman and highly knowledgeable. He let us explore the historic Sultanahmet area at our own comfortable pace and adapted the itinerary on the fly based on our preferences. He introduced us to wonderful local delicacies and took us to a fantastic lunch spot. He even offered to show us an extra attraction for free since we had time after our Bosphorus ferry ride, but as senior citizens, we were a bit tired and preferred to head back early. Top-Notch Service: When the AC in our initial van had a minor glitch on the way back to the airport, Mr. Berk instantly arranged a seamless swap to another vehicle so we wouldn’t experience any delays. The vans he uses are highly luxurious and the drivers are incredibly professional. I highly recommend Mr. Berk and his team to anyone looking for a stress-free, premium experience in Istanbul. You will not be disappointed!

Guide, “Burk” was knowledgeable, kept a good pace

We booked a private tour with Berk during a layover in Istanbul and it worked out really well. From the first booking message to the end of the day, his communication was accurate, prompt, and clear, which made the whole thing easy to plan around a tight transit window. A private van and driver picked us up at the airport, and Berk, a licensed guide, paced the day so we never felt rushed and still saw what we came for. I was traveling with my wife and son, and Berk kept it engaging for all of us, with good context on the history without overloading us. When we planned our trip to Switzerland flying on Turkish Airlines we couldn’t miss the opportunity to spend a few days in Istanbul en route. We didn’t want to try navigating the city on our own so we found Berk and Eternal Wonder Tours. They were able to customize a tour to meet our needs: collect us at the airport, dash us through the Grand Bazaar on the way to our hotel, spend the next day making sure we saw what we wanted to see, and then take us to the airport the next day. Istanbul is lovely, rich in history and culture… but our favorite part was when we had coffee with Berk and watched people walk by. If you’re planning a trip to Istanbul there is no need to look any further. We already miss our “son in Istanbul.”

Berk was amazing and so patient knowing that I had a long flight prior to meeting with him for the tour. He helped me with my bag throughout the entire day. He made the few hours I spent in Istanbul very memorable.

I arranged a tour with Eternal Wonder for my layover in Istanbul. Unfortunately, my flight from Athens had technical difficulty and I connected with my guide, Mr. Burak, late, after many sites had closed. I was appreciative of the fact that he waited to connect with me well over an hour. Mr. Burak, nonetheless, gave me an excellent tour of the Blue Mosque and other sites, including one of the bazaars. His enthusiasm and love of his country and its history, which he knew in depth, made for an excellent experience. I'd highly recommend him and Eternal Wonder. They stayed immediately in touch throughout the delays and other arrangements.
