ツアー開始前にチェックインの手続きを行うマリーナです
1時間半の間にイスラ・ムヘーレスまで航海し、シュノーケリングエリアに到着するためだけにカリブ海の美しい景色を楽しみます。
エルメコ珊瑚礁で30分間のシュノーケリングを楽しみます。プロガイドがあらゆる瞬間をお手伝いします。
イスラ・ムヘレスに到着し、ダウンタウンで1時間の自由時間を楽しみます。お土産を買う時間や、その場所の地元の美食を味わう時間があります。
自由時間の後、当ホテルの専用ビーチクラブへ出発し、最高の場所で美味しいランチビュッフェを味わっていただきます。ビーチとその場所の施設を満喫するのに十分な時間があります。
ビーチクラブ停止後、カンクンに戻って、花と雰囲気が最高の瞬間となる非常に穏やかなセーリング午後に撮影します。

Initially we were attending for the experience but figured we’d go for the platinum experience because the gentleman was convincing about the experience and gains. Found out about additional charges upon arrival. Parking was an additional charge and not literal valet.

Any charges associated with that parking service do not go to us. Additionally, there are public streets nearby where guests can park freely, and we are always happy to suggest these alternatives. Regarding the taxes, these are clearly itemized on your ticket, as required by law, and are not hidden charges. We take pride in being transparent and professional with all pricing details provided in a timely and clear manner. As for the Platinum Experience upgrade, it is completely optional and was offered to enhance your visit. Our team is trained to provide all relevant information respectfully and without pressure, and we strive to do so with the highest level of professionalism. I had an incredible time on the Catamaran to Isla Mujeres in Cancun! From start to finish everything was excellent. The service from the agency, pickup and team was top notch - super friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable the entire time. The refreshments were perfect, the buffet was delicious, and the beach club was absolutely unique. The snorkeling and the entire tour were just amazing. They even gave me a ride back to my hotel afterwards, which was very convenient. Overall I had a fantastic time, I was very happy and would definitely do it again.
The catamaran and snorkeling experience in Cancun was simply unforgettable. From the start, the staff was friendly and attentive, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The views of the Caribbean Sea with its crystal-clear waters were magical, and exploring the reefs full of marine life while snorkeling was incredible, always with guides ensuring our safety. Onboard, we enjoyed music, drinks, and a great vibe. To make the most of it, I recommend bringing biodegradable sunscreen, a swimsuit, towel, extra water, and a waterproof camera to capture every moment. It’s an experience I would absolutely do again!
