Wonderful to hear more about the history and view artifacts. Very knowledgeable guide whose passion for the history came through.

The check-in for ticket pick up is not right near the pantheon, however, once we found it the tour operator made it so easy to get tickets and walked us over to the line and waited until we all walked in. Great experience. The audio guide was so easy to use and we learnt a lot. Would definitely recommend.

This is essentially an Audio Skip the Line guide. The tour guide helped navigate to the front of the line and download the audio then left.

I ordered the tickets through Vitor and was just expecting to receive tickets for the Pantheon, but it then said I had to get them through a third party. This third party, royal routes, made it very difficult to find them because the location they sent via WhatsApp did not work and just sent a picture without a name or pin to follow to. Then when I was told they needed the voucher instead of just the name of the reservation it made it more difficult. We ended up getting our tickets and heading into the Pantheon but this company made it more difficult by being away from the Pantheon piazza and not being easily identifiable.

Everything was fine, the guide si kind and helpful, he put us inside really fast, and that is the best.
