Viator - Not worth the aggravation.
Using Viator is way too complicated. We purchased our tickets online. When then got an alert to pick our tickets near the “elephant” only to be told we needed to install an other app and then download tickets. We did that which took another 20 minutes. Then we had to download the audio app which did not work. I then went to the Apple App Store and paid an addl $2 for the audio. As you can see, going through Viator is an extreme hassle.

Buy directly from Pantheon for cheaper.
The tickets are €7 directly on the Pantheon’s website. Don’t bother with this booking. You end up having to wait and meet your guide past the Pantheon and get a link to an audio guide that you can also get from the Pantheon. You are essentially paying more than double for a middle man to purchase your tickets.

Quick visit
No tour guide, once in too crowded and you cannot fully experience the beauty and the creativity of this museum.

What a scam. There was no guide, he met just to give me a 7 euro ticket and showed me the app for the audio guide

Clear directions about...
Clear directions about where to meet to check in and get our audio guide up and running. Difficult though with our children not having phones so has to play the guide on speaker so they could hear it.

Great attraction, silly setup around tickets
Beautiful church. Expensive and very unnecessary to have to meet a guide for the handover of digital tickets that I had to send to myself by email from the guide's mobile. Couldn't the operator just send us the tickets directly by email?
