Great service - would recommend
Great service. Driver arrived 10 minutes early to pick us up. Van was air conditioned and comfortable with enough space for all of us and our luggage. We had 6 adults and 5 large suitcases and 3 carry on trolley bags. Drive to the port was smooth and we were dropped out right outside the entrance to the ship.

Hotel in Rome to Cruise Port.
Emanuel the driver picked us up on time and dropped us off on time. He is an excellent driver and the car was very comfortable and clean. He was very knowledgeable about the area. We would recommend Emanuel.

Very good communication....
Very good communication. They contact you the day before and the day off. Driver showed up early and dropped us off on time. Nice clean van.

Stress free delivery directly to cruise ship!
I was concerned by the location of our boutique hotel and if a driver would be able to get to us. Joseph, our driver, arrived 15 minutes early and was ready for us as soon as we walked downstairs. Our hotel manager let us know he was outside waiting. He helped with our bags and had a large, comfortable, clean van. He was friendly and knowledgeable as he gave us a various facts about the area. Safe driver. He took us directly to our boat, completely bypassing the large terminal/cruise port. Worth every dime to not be stressed about making it to the exact spot we needed to be and with plenty of time!
