Everything very well organized. The guide Efraín was excellent. He gave us a lot of information not only about the monuments but about Peru in general. He adapted to the audience and did everything in English and Spanish and was very pleasant.
Pick up Time needed to be earlier than expected due to road closures. Great stops along the way to make the journey seem shorter. So many wonderful things to see. We especially liked the town of pucara where we saw historical sites and painted our own Turros. A wonderful buffet lunch surrounded by the Andes mountains and blue skies in a very comfortable and friendly restaurant

We did not expect such a pleasant, comfortable 10h trip in an incredible environment. It has been a fantastic experience. We recommend taking the bus route, not the plane, to enjoy the journey. Congratulations on such good service!
The bis was very comfortable. Our guide Elly was very friendly and helpful. She knew a lot about Peru. The stops along the way were very interesting and the lunch was very tasty.

We made the reservation directly on the Inka Express website a month and a half before the trip. The afternoon before the trip, we went on their website by chance and saw that they had changed the departure time; it was half an hour earlier. We got in touch with them and indeed, they had changed it due to roadwork and had not notified us! If we hadn't contacted them, we would have missed the bus. To top it off, they told us that our bus had broken down and they put us on another company that did the same route. We believe it was a lie because we were the only two passengers who came from Inka Express. It seemed more like they hadn't even realized that they had our reservation made in advance. A disaster, honestly.
