Nico was the best tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the tour. Thank you so much we had the best time.

We met our tour guide Nico at the Zurich train station and boarded the first of three trains to visit Lucerne. Nico shared information about the history of the area and guided us through the beautiful town. We had time for lunch or shopping and then boarded our second train for a view of the Swiss mountains. We rode to a peak area and returned in reverse heading to Interlaken. We had a short stop in town and boarded our final train back to Zurich. During the day, Nico was great at communicating with us and sharing cultural and historical information.

Nico our guide he was an awesome person very friendly and very helpful. He took special care of the guests and made sure that everyone got what they needed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to do excursions.

We loved this excursion and Nico was a fantastic guide! The meeting points were made very clear throughout the day. Nico shared wonderful information and answered all of our questions. With a broad range of participants, Nico was kind and professional throughout the day! And the scenery was unmatched! A tremendous way to spend a day in Basel!

We were four people, and we really enjoyed the panoramic train ride. The views were amazing, the train was comfortable, and the journey was relaxing. The tour guide was amazing and explained very good.

We were disappointed with this tour, especially considering it was the most expensive one we booked during our travels through Italy and Switzerland. Our guide, Petra, was very kind and pleasant, but unfortunately she didn't provide much information about most of the places we visited. A large portion of the day—about five hours total—was spent on trains, and because seats weren't reserved, our group wasn't even able to sit together. During the panoramic train ride, we had expected to learn more about the scenery and region, but very little commentary or information was provided. Lucerne was absolutely beautiful, and the information Petra shared there was informative and appreciated. However, the second stop in Interlaken felt unnecessary. We had less than an hour there, received no historical or cultural information, and it was essentially just time to walk around a very tourist-oriented shopping area. After taking multiple tours throughout Italy and Switzerland, this was unfortunately our least favorite. Given the premium price, we expected a much more informative and well-organized experience. While we appreciated Petra's friendly demeanor, the overall value and quality of the tour did not meet our expectations.

Exactly as described but could have added the number of steps involved. Didn't mind them, I can do that many, but we had like 20,000 steps when we thought there wouldn't be much at all with mostly train riding/viewing. I wouldn't change it, loved it, just saying probably should let people know so they for sure wear the correct shoes. We also decided to stay up in Interlaken after the tour left and they guide helped us out with detailed information on how to get back on our own. This was wonderful! We used the time to take the funicular up to the top in Interlaken - well worth the add!

Scenic train ride. Would have liked first class train seats for the price we paid. On the way home we had trouble finding seats. Overall I’m glad we did it , the lakes are breathtaking. Would have preferred more time in Interlaken but it was worth the trip.

Juliana was an excellent guide with a very friendly and warm personality. She showed us a good variety of attractions and providing us with a lot of information and insights. Juliana gave us time for a break and do our own thing for an hour . We don’t think have covered more, especially since it was 33 degrees hot. Overall very happy with the tour.
