First of all, I read the reviews before I booked this trip and others mentioned using tour guide Pavel. I requested him and I am so glad I did. He went above and beyond to ensure that this trip was amazing..it was a pricey trip as the minimum was for 3 people, but only two of us went. However, I am 61 and my aunt is 75 and this was well worth what we paid. Pavel took such good care of us, stopping at several scenic spots for us to get some amazing pictures. He even took us up to Murren which was not part of the original itinerary and the restaurant he suggested had a splendid view of the mountains and the food was excellent. I would recommend requesting Pavel if you book this trip. Booking through Viator did not disappoint. Bucket list, checked!

Explore Switzerland without being swarmed with tourists
Pavel was extraordinary with taking us to the main sites of Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Trummelbach Falls, & Interlocken while avoiding the massive crowds. He customized everything to fit around what we wanted to see while also sharing magical spots like Mürren. Picked up directly from our hotel, we had zero worries while we rode in comfort. We spent a full day on this tour and it was by far the favorite of our travels. Fantastic experience at an affordable price. Would not only recommend this tour, would without question recommend Pavel for any others you may want to enjoy in the Switzerland area.

Awesome private tour
Great experience with Pavel. The Mercedes Van is very comfortable and modern. Pavel greeted us at the hotel and communicated on what the agenda will be. He is very personable and ability to share history about Switzerland and the areas we toured around. He’s very efficient with our time, meaning he made sure that you didn’t get stuck with touristy areas not worth seeing. We enjoyed our time and highly recommend him

Trip from Lucerne to Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen
Pavel was an outstanding private tour guide for our group. He took us to all three places(Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and finally Interlaken) in order of what he thought would be best to go view first due to how crowded the areas would be. He took us to some different places outside of the tour that he knew we would like. Amazing views and unbelievable scenery. He also gave us hostory of the region and shared many other important points. Great private tour.

Great Time Saver.
Traveling from the USA, we weren't sure about how quickly we could get around. Pavel saved us so much time not having to navigate public transportation and took us to places not on our list that were great.

Pickup was easy breezy, the Mercedes van was modern and clean, bottled water was provided, and the driver was very nice.
