Not enough time in first stop because we wanted to get up to the top of the waterfall, other than that other two stop times were good
Highly informative guide. However, in many aspects the stunning views spoke for themselves. One of the best days of our 6 week trip, Switzerland is absolutely breathtaking and created some life long memories.

Spend a day enjoying the panoramic scenery while an expert driver maneuvers the road! Tour Guide was excellent and looked out for us.

This Switzerland tour was so cool! Our tour guide, Adela, was very helpful and she was so cool. She speaks 4 languages (English, Spanish, German, and French) and that is so impressive. She is very social and was very helpful whenever we had questions about swizz. This is a 10/10 and I recommend to friends and family to do this excursion! Thank you again Adela and her team for this wonderful trip
Roberto and Carlos were fantastic ! So informative, friendly, helpful, and safe! Towns are lovely and pictures don’t them justice. If you don’t want to ride the cable cars, be sure to do the Glacier Walk!
A long day on the road well travelled! The villages are not the main attractions as are the views from the bus and surrounding those villages. Breathtaking landscapes of the Swiss Alps. The tour guides and the driver were great. Only one frustrating point: we were reminded a few times to be at the meeting point - at least - 15 minutes earlier. As it happens with most trips, usually, there’s someone with a roster greeting tourists while waiting for the bus. Not this time. The bus arrived 5 minutes late. When I contacted the Viator )or whoever sold us the tickets), they replied with a phone number to call to inquire instead of an update such as: the bus is in its way or it’s arriving a few minutes late. Poor communication and a bit disorganized.
Three stops to Swiss Villages, good blend of structured and unstructured time at each. Interlaken stop needed to incorporate the lakes and more scenery.
The towns are wonderful, and this was a great tour. I highly recommend it. There was a comfortable bus that picked us up and took us to the destinations.
