I recently booked a TripAdvisor tour from Basel, and despite having visited before, it felt like seeing Switzerland for the first time. When a schedule change disrupted my originally scheduled tour, I was seamlessly rebooked onto another tour for the next day. The connections were smooth, the sights were stunning - I’d recommend this tour to anyone without hesitation. Our guide John was patient, knowledgeable, and engaging, he made the entire experience effortless and memorable.

This is a wonderful tour of Old Town Lucerne and Interlaken. The train ride through the Alps is beautiful and the guide provides a wealth of information that we would have missed by booking the train on our own.

Ben G., our tour guide, was as good as it gets! Walking tours were very good with Ben’s extensive knowledge and great personality. Stopped enough times to talk as well to help my spouse catch up with her personal mobility device. The train rides were relaxing but a lot of stops. The Interlaken lake views from the train were beautiful. Super clean and nice trains.

The walking portion in Lucerne was just the right amount of sightseeing. The group size was good, not too large. With our excellent guide Juliana, we were free to enjoy our tours, she kept everything going wonderfully. The train was perfect, we had a gorgeous sunny day!

Juliana was an amazing guide. She provided excellent information and did a great job making sure my elderly mother had places to sit. The train to Interlaken was amazing, the weather was perfect and Juliana made sure we knew where to sit to have the best views. The chocolate samples were a nice treat!

Our family had an amazing time on the Premium Panoramic Train from Lucerne. The views were stunning—everything from Swiss lakes to the Alps! After the train ride, the Thun City Tour was a great way to explore the charming town and learn about its history. A fantastic experience for all ages—highly recommend!
