We have already used Viator for the second time. The first time in France and now in Portugal. Both times we had problems getting into the relevant places. Both organizers said that they don't actually work with their company. After a lot of back and forth, it still worked. This time, however, the audio guide, which we also booked, was not available. I therefore deleted the app immediately and do not recommend it to anyone else. Unfortunately, this service didn't work at all. In addition, the telephone hotline was unfortunately in America the first time and the connection to the hotline also cost me ten euros. Therefore an absolute no-go

It was great and Ai would have given 5 stars but I couldn't download the guided tour. I reached out (and not sure if it was a signal issue) but I was contacted with the info to download as I was leaving the park.
