Extremely entertaining and an amazing 12 hours of wonderful history of the Norwegian culture. Also just the incredible beauty that the land holds from the lakes rivers and mountains to the rich history the land really impressed me and the guide “Jan” was truly a genuine inspiration
It was a wonderful trip and a highlight. Anyone who is familiar with tour groups knows that you don't have very much time at the various locations. But I found that appropriate for this route. If you want to sit in front of a waterfall for hours and admire it, this is not for you. But the cruise was breathtaking and the tour guide told us so much cultural and historical background that we came back not only with impressions but also with knowledge. She also gave tips about Bergen. I thought we always had enough time for everything and the lunch was also much tastier than expected! Thank you very much Vi
This was my first visit to Bergen, and I couldn't have wished for a better introduction to Norway's gorgeous scenery and culture than this tour. The tour guide, Sol, was incredible, sharing overviews of everything from Norway's history and customs to traditional clothing and food, thoughtfully paced during the bus travel to help pass the time. Seeing the fjords from the boot was unforgettable, and the stops at the mountain overlooks were just as stunning. Highly recommend!

Very informative guide. He helped many people on the tour to take nice photos, shared his knowledge of Norway and provided a well organized and comfortable trip. There were plenty of toilet stops, almost one every hour so we didn't have to worry.
For almost €300, I had expected more. With heavy rain forecast, the tour was first canceled, then confirmed 15 minutes later. When asked, they just said it was taking place. The fjord cruise was nice, but after that there was hardly anything to see: In Flåm there were no tips other than the souvenir shop, at Stegastein and in Stalheim it was pouring rain, and almost nothing could be seen. A stop a little further down, where other buses were parked and the view was better, was not offered. A couple was talking loudly and constantly on the bus. The tour guide brushed it off when I brought it up to her. Later she asked if the matter had been cleared up, as she couldn't forbid anyone from making phone calls. A friendly reminder to all guests to be considerate would have been helpful. Only the snacks and the waterfall were okay. Basically: Cancellation would have been better - missed the mark!

Western Norway is beautiful and special in all kinds of weather, with each day offering a different experience. The cancellation message you received was sent due to human error and was never intended for your tour, as was explained to you shortly afterwards. An incredible way to discover the fjords and villages along the way. Also, a good introduction to the historical connection Norwegians have with nature and the outdoors. The pace of the day trip was great and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the itinerary. The driver Nico and the guide Liam were very friendly and gave clear instructions throughout. Liam was knowledgeable and we enjoyed his anecdotes - the more sobering ones and the really funny ones! Thank you very much for a great day!

Our guide, driver, and Norway landscape did not disappoint. Highly recommended but do be careful on the booking. My husband took ill and even though I tried to cancel him more than 24 hours in advance the tour has a minimum and this was not possible. The tour, itself was well worth taking.
