Thank you for your feedback! Sorry to hear that you wished the tour was shorter. In order to include everything in this tour, the duration has to be long, as you can see before you book. Thank you for letting us know about the difficulty to understand the driver/guide, we will check up on this as we haven't gotten complaints of this matter yet. Thank you for your feedback! Sad to see that you left a review even though you did not attend the tour. We answered you in the Viator chat on the same day you sent us the message, 13th of September at 3.25 pm. You can read in the tour description before you book that the tour is long, the start time, the end time etc. There you can also read about our cancellation policy, all before you book the tour. We understand your frustration of course with not checking these things before you book, and realize on the tour date that the timing did not fit with you own cruise schedule. We have a 24 hour standard cancellation policy, in order to secure refunds on the cruise & train we have booked and to have time to get new bookings for the cancelled ones. Because this sadly is your own fault, we cannot give out a refund in this matter. We have not messaged you asking if you are on a cruise. If the guide asked you in person on the tour date, its for making conversation and asking how you came to Bergen. I can understand the guide being shocked that you had booked this tour, when your cruise leaves before you are back in Bergen. This has never happen before, and we have so many guests every year on different tours. The tour has to start by minibus from Bergen, and it takes 2 hr 30 min. to get to Gudvangen. We also make stops on the way to waterfall and break time. Gudvangen is where the cruise leaves from (2hr cruise to Flåm). Then we drive up to Stegastein (30 min drive up and down, so 1 hr driving). Then we drop you off in Flåm where you have free-time before the train ride. So out of the 13 hours, you are in the minibus for 4 hours (depending on traffic), which is Inevitable if you wish to see Nærøyfjorden area. Sorry again to hear that you of course were disappointed when realizing the timing didn't match for you. Best regards, Fjordrive Tours

Thank you for your feedback! Apologies for the train cancellation, an unforeseen situation for us. The train operator Vy canceled the train on the same day but offered us a later train time. We informed all passengers promptly and provided them the choice of a partial refund or to join the later train. We aimed to resolve the situation as best as possible. You chose to join the bus back to Bergen and accept the partial refund for the train tickets, in stead of going on the later train. There was no other solutions provided by the train operator when they cancelled the train. Sadly we don’t control when these things happens. And this affected all other tour operators and guests that day, not just us :/ Best regards, Fjordrive tours .
