The tickets we received from Viator would not be accepted by the museum. They lacked the proper info and we were told we needed a voucher which we did not receive. Very frustrating! We ended up having to purchase tickets from the museum.
The museum is an inexhaustible wonder and the offer allows you to access it. I think that is what is really important
The young man that scans tickets at the front entrance of the Prado Museum was horribly rude. I was having trouble accessing my tickets and asked for help. He clearly and rudely said, “Move, that’s not my problem.”
