Very easy to get in line with tickets!
Very easy to order the skip the line ticket (no tour) for the Academia in Florence. Viator contacted me the day of the tour to confirm and advised who would be meeting me. Romeo met me and gave me the admission ticket and showed me where to get in line which was much shorter than the other line. All was seamless and so worth it!!!

This was a skip the line tour with no frills, but they delivered what was promised…gaining quick access to the museum at the scheduled time. It was very easy to find the representative to get the actual entry ticket.

Be prepared for original ticket times to NOT be honored but they honored them later. Luckily we were able to shift our schedule around! YOU MUST HAVE SKIP THE LINE TICKETS AS CROWDS WERE UNBELIEVABLE! They are starting to limit the number of people inside, which I appreciate, but it makes it impossible for ticket providers to keep to the scheduled time you reserved

Good idea to get tickets ahead of time if you have a limited amount of time to see this museum. Easy to find meeting site. Madu was especially helpful to us.

The instructions were to look for t-shirts with the company name but there weren’t any. The name was in a small font on a card on a lanyard around someone’s neck. Many lines, not explained well.
