I paid 48 euros (2 people) to the VIATOR company, for a guided tour inside the ALCAZAR Cordoba, May 30, 2026. The day before the tour, I received a message informing me that the ALCAZAR palace was closed (in fact, it had been closed for a long time and will remain closed for renovations in June) and they propose a walk along the outer walls. My refusal was mentioned in the response "I am interested ONLY in this tour", meaning I am ONLY interested in the paid tour and not in another alternative. I did not receive any response to my refusal and on May 30 I showed up at the meeting point to confirm my refusal. The guide Montse from TourOmeya had a phone call at the company and told me that everything was fine and the payment of 48 euros would be refunded. In the afternoon of the same day, I received a message from TourOmeya announcing that I would NOT receive the payment because they interpreted my answer as an agreement for the walk by the walls. Obviously, I replied that "ONLY" in my answer means my lack of interest in the alternative, as long as I paid for a tour inside ALCAZAR.
