Comfortable private ride to visit the castle. The vans are very nice and an enjoyable ride. Juan was a great driver and adjusted the itinerary to fit our wants.

Plenty of room for 6 persons. Was able to decide when we wanted to leave instead of wait for tour bus or train. Air conditioning stopped working on the ride back but not our drivers fault!

Our driver, Ren, went above and beyond what I expected from this tour. He knew that I was a photographer and hiked with my wife and I showing us the best photo ops. He took us to some beautiful Bavarian towns. He took us to a church early in the morning before going to the castles that offered fantastic views of the church with the castle in the background. I simply could not asked more from him seeing that I was merely expecting him to drop us at the stops and wait for us. He deserves more than 5 stars.

Okay, it's worth visiting the castle and the village of Fussen itself, it's very nice. It was a snowy day, which made it more attractive. We saw the castle on the outside... We had been told that it was not worth paying to enter to see it... We walked up, the journey is a bit long... It takes effort to get up there... The worst thing was that we were a group of six and the van that came to us, a Mercedes-Benz, was very little legroom, which we were extremely uncomfortable with... we did not recommend six people for that type of vehicle... for four would be suitable... Driver did not speak very fluent English, so communication was quite limited...

For anyone looking to visit Neuschwanstein Castle and the charming town of Füssen from Munich, I cannot recommend this private tour highly enough. As I am prone to motion sickness on larger tour buses, opting for a private SUV was the best decision we made. We were picked up directly from our hotel at our chosen time and traveled in an exceptionally comfortable vehicle—the specialized headrests even allowed us to sleep soundly on the return journey. One of the greatest benefits was the efficiency of the day. While most group tours last 9 to 10 hours, our private driver was essentially 'on call,' allowing us to set our own pace. We saw everything we desired and were back at our hotel in about 7 hours, which was perfect for keeping my young adult sons engaged and energized. Additionally, when I was unable to secure castle tickets online myself, the tour company managed to source them for our preferred date seamlessly. If you are willing to invest a bit more for a personalized, stress-free, and luxurious day trip, this is undoubtedly the option to choose. Truly a five-star service from start to finish.

This experience was a highlight of our trip. We were initially nervous to book because there was only one review, but the experience exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide was extremely accommodating, flexible, and was even able to secure castle tickets for us despite the entire month of December being sold out! We were picked up directly at our hotel and then dropped off at a different location by request to catch our evening tour. The van was very comfortable for our party of 4, and water bottles were provided which came in handy after our hike to see the castle. We also got to spend time in nearby Fussen and our tour guide was waiting close by when we were ready to depart. I highly recommend this private tour to anyone looking for a more personalized and comfortable experience!
