The cooking class was an experience of a lifetime. We thoroughly enjoyed our time learning how to make different pastas and tiramisu. Graziella, Giovanni, & Alexander were the best hosts. They took us step by step on how to prepare each dish. Their hospitality was such a delight and made us feel like we are part of their family.

Today's cooking class has been a highlight of our trip! Graziella & Giovanni welcomed us into their beautiful home, and with Graziella's wonderful instruction we created a delicious meal to share around their table. The entire set up, from quality ingredients to family recipes to great companions, created the perfect culinary and cultural experience.

What an incredible experience!! We were blessed to be warmly welcomed into such a special home! We spent the afternoon making authentic homemade pasta from generations old recipes. The food was so delicious and enjoying it on perfect outdoor garden was so nice! We highly recommend!!

Most memorable moments? Laboriously working that dough and trying to get it the right consistency and smoothness (which was not as easy as you'd think!) under Graziella's expert instruction and discerning eye; and of course, eating those homemade tagliatelle, of which I was so proud! Thanks so much, Graziella and Giovanni, for your warm hospitality and making me feel like one of your famiglia!!
