Cooking class: This was through G Adventures. Irania was amazing! She is a wonderful teacher, kind, patient, and personable. She made the experience fun and taste.

Excellent! Irina and her team (Marina and Maria) took us through six different recipes, ranging from mezes to main dishes, with everyone learning by doing. Sharing family cooking secrets, she had us all laughing while learning. (Who knew it was so easy to stuff a graphic leaf?) Irina also shared tips for tailoring each dish to suit, as well as how to make variations if we wanted to explore. Then we all gathered round and ate everything we had just learned how to make.

Relaxed comfortable home setting with welcoming host who led a participatory instructional demonstration of traditional Greek dishes. The meal was exquisite, the company and conversation delightful.

Irini was excellent and explained things as we went and involved everyone in making the meal. She also explained how to do variations.
