Great guided tour of the Colosseum
I did this Colosseum guided tour on my own and loved it. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Rome, whether you come alone or with others.

Great experience!
Great experience and very easy to use! The virtual tour gave us lots of interesting information about the Colosseum and the surrounding archaeological area. We could follow the tour at our own pace, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Definitely worth trying!

Amazing Virtual Tour
Amazing virtual tour of the Colosseum! The audio guide was very clear and informative, and the route was easy to follow. It was a great way to discover the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill at our own pace. Highly recommended, especially if you want to explore Rome independently without feeling rushed… thanks

Not good
Cancelled by operators, said we would get virtual tour as an apology, couldn’t access this and refund not arrived
Dear Samantha, We’re sorry your experience didn’t go as planned. We tried hard to secure your tickets in the short time you requested, but unfortunately we couldn’t. We informed you of the cancellation three days in advance, and as an apology we sent you our audio guide free of charge. We also refunded your ticket the same day and sent you a proof. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a reply to our messages, so we weren’t able to help further. Because of this, we don’t feel this review reflects the effort we made to help you. Still, we’re sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope we can welcome you properly the next time you’re in Rome.

This is a great tour if you want to explore the Colosseum at your own pace and don't like large group tours like I do. I really appreciate a tour like this and enjoyed it immensely.

Tickets canceled at the last moment: terrible experience
Terrible experience. We are a travel agency and, not finding any more availability on the official Colosseum website, we purchased the tickets through this company, paying a much higher price. The day before the visit, they informed us with a simple message that our tickets had been canceled. It was the weekend and we even risked not seeing the message in time. When we asked for the reason for the cancellation, the answer was simply that there were no more tickets available on the official site. But that was precisely the reason we had turned to them, accepting to pay much more! I find this way of working unacceptable: selling tickets that are clearly not yet guaranteed at a price much higher than the official one, only to communicate at the last moment that they are unavailable, completely transferring the problem to the customer. In our case, being a travel agency, we had clients to protect and we had to reorganize the program at the last moment and incur additional costs to safeguard our company's reputation and our clients' experience. If tickets are no longer available on the official site, based on our experience I strongly advise against relying on this type of service thinking you have guaranteed entry. We will never do it again.
