We had our tour on Tuesday 22nd September, our tour guide Aphrodite was great. She had tremendous knowledge and was a very pleasant guide. She looked after us from start to finish, even offering to take photos for us at the most interesting locations. A full 2.5 hour tour which was most enjoyable. Thank you.

Our guide Leo was a disorganized and scattered story teller. He did not give us perspective or background but rather threw out pieces of details occasionally. It was a waste of a ticket. We would have saved money and done better on our own.

Great overview of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palantine Hill. You do need to dedicate a whole day to see all of it, but the guide was very informative about the history that really isn't taught in American textbooks.

I booked and paid for a tour with an Italian guide for the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill for two people (including 1 minor, visiting Rome for the first time) for 9/5/2026 at a cost of € 122.00. On the evening of 9/3/2026, they wrote to me that (...according to them...) due to a mix-up, the Italian guide could not be present, and they proposed that I cancel the tour or accept the audio guide, with a refund of € 36.60. A phone call followed from a mobile number not indicated in the tour confirmation email. Unable to book tickets elsewhere, I accepted the audio guide: they sent me a link to listen to independently, but we turned it off immediately because it was trivial (...elementary school level). I practically paid € 85.00 (instead of € 20.00 on the official Colosseum Archaeological Park link) for their incompetence in replacing a guide who was no longer available! NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT CHOOSE THEM!!! I gave 1 star because it is not possible to give fewer.

Vorremmo però chiarire che il motivo per cui non siamo riusciti a svolgere il tour come previsto è stato un malore improvviso della nostra guida. Non appena siamo stati informati della situazione, vi abbiamo contattato per informarvi e vi abbiamo proposto, come alternativa, il Virtual Tour con audioguida. Avete accettato questa soluzione e, come concordato, abbiamo effettuato il rimborso di €36,60. Comprendiamo comunque la vostra delusione e ci dispiace che l'alternativa proposta non abbia soddisfatto le vostre aspettative. Ci auguriamo sinceramente che, in occasione di un vostro prossimo viaggio a Roma, avremo l'opportunità di farvi vivere un'esperienza migliore e di lasciarvi un bel ricordo della nostra città. Book this tour! Go ahead and do it! There’s no way to describe how wonderful this tour was. We learned so much history of these amazing sites visited. It was absolutely breathtaking.
