Thank you for your review. We understand the confusion caused by Viator’s last-minute schedule change, but the rest of your review misrepresents what you booked. You booked **2 seats on a shared tour and paid €68**, not an exclusive tuk-tuk. Our shared vehicles have 4 seats, and sharing with other guests is precisely what the product description explains. If you wanted a private vehicle, that option was available for **€139.95**. The guide did provide the tour in the booked language and, as is normal on shared tours, accommodated the other passengers as well. We delivered the service you purchased, exactly as described. We recommend checking the product details before booking to ensure the experience matches your expectations. We hope to welcome you again with WalkTuk in Valencia or another city. 💛

Lamentamos que haya terminado insatisfecho, pero su reseña no refleja lo ocurrido. El cambio de fecha fue realizado a través de Viator, cuyo sistema permitió modificar la reserva a una fecha y horario en los que **ya no teníamos disponibilidad**. Nosotros no autorizamos ese cambio. Aun así, nuestro equipo estuvo pendiente del caso y, al detectar el problema, intentó solucionarlo incluso de madrugada, contactándole alrededor de las 2:00 a. m. para buscar una alternativa para su tour de las 9:00. Le ofrecimos diferentes opciones para poder realizar la actividad, pero ninguna fue aceptada. Resulta difícil aceptar que se nos califique de “irresponsables e incompetentes” cuando precisamente fuimos nosotros quienes estuvimos intentando solucionar un error generado por la plataforma fuera de nuestro horario habitual. WalkTuk no puede crear plazas que no existen ni aceptar modificaciones que Viator permite automáticamente cuando ya no hay disponibilidad. Esperamos que Viator revise este tipo de errores para evitar que vuelvan a perjudicar tanto a viajeros como a operadores. Estaremos encantados de recibirle en Valencia o en cualquiera de nuestras otras ciudades en una futura ocasión. 💛
