パエリアはここバレンシアで生まれました。この体験型料理教室では、観光版ではなく、本物のレシピを教えてくれます。 バレンシアの伝統的なパエリアを肉と野菜で作る方法を学びましょう。 近道はない 作りながら育ったバレンシアのシェフが作る、まさに本物のテクニック。 体験は、セントラルマーケットの人混みから離れた、地元の人々が新鮮な食材を買い物する近所の逸品、ルザファマーケットから始まります。 では、少人数制のワークショップに参加して、完璧なソカラト（お値打ちのカリカリ米の皮）の実現、バレンシアの自社畑のアルブフェラ米の使用、プロのようなサフランのバランス調整など、秘密をマスターしましょう。 パエリアを煮込みながら、サングリア作りのワークショップや伝統的なタパスの試食をお楽しみください。 その後、地元のワイン、サラダ、ミステラ、自家製デザートで創作物をごちそうください。

This was a 10000010 experience - I can’t recommend this enough to people. Everything was well organised and didn’t feel rushed. The guides were phenomenal, big shout out to Jaime and Richard - such knowledgeable and friendly guys, happy to answer questions and help out. Ana was a great host and provided lots of cultural insights - and booze! There are many cooking experiences I’m sure, but this one will absolutely make you feel like you’re part of one big Valenciana family. The value of this experience coupled with the people you meet will make this an unforgettable experience!
Must do in the home of Paella! Will be back.

Amazing experience ! Great chefs such a chilled funny yet informative experience. Loved how involved we all got but also how looked after we were. Lots of food and drinks and such a wonderful vibe. Would definitely recommend !
