Hands down a total scam! We purchased this tour understanding we did not have a start time or place. What we didn’t realize after 2 days trying to reach the tour company that they wouldn’t respond at all. When we tried to schedule via the Viator app they didn't respond. We only received a response when we requested to cancel. The tour guide then told us she didn’t know what time our tour was. Tried to blame us. We requested a time that she couldn’t make. Then we agreed to a later time only for her to call us as say she was running late and didn’t know when she’d arrive due to traffic. She blamed us for not having a start time which is a joke because this was the tour they advertised. We tried talking via Viator app, via WhatsApp, then the phone and couldn’t get a response. After we asked to cancel because of no show she tried to turn this all around on us. We were shocked. We wasted about 1 hour trying to reach them over 2 days and didn’t get to go on a tour we really wanted. The manager then emailed us saying we were a no show. Be very aware. This is not normal and we have had plenty of tours only to have this issue with this company. We had dispute this with our credit card. Not a good way to handle something that should have been so easy and fun
Guardi , e’ lei che non ha voluto fare il tour e dalla mattina e’ stato un continuo richiesta di rimborso , Poi ci ha cambiato pikup tre volte per metterci in difficoltà . Non c’è riuscita , allora si sfoga nella recensione . Peccato e’ l’ unica negativa
Both the guide and the gardens were one of our most memorable times in Rome. She was very knowledgeable and funny. This was a perfect excursion and respite from the high energy Rome can demand.

Picked up on time, by Cristina and Andrea. Guide and driver smiling and pleasant. They are attentive and concerned about our expectations. They are kind enough to make you discover beautiful buildings on the round trip. Visiting Borghese Park is of little interest. Only the discovery of the Borghese Gallery offers an immense and grandiose experience. I recommend that tourists taking part in this program make sure that the Borghese Gallery visit is included in the selected program.

Ci-dessous, je vous rapporte clairement la description de la visite… Qu’est-ce qui rend cette visite spéciale ? Alors que vous vous immergez le long des allées ombragées de la Villa Borghèse, vous pouvez admirer les merveilles artistiques et naturelles du parc. Le moteur électrique silencieux du golf cart vous permet d’explorer sans déranger le calme des lieux, tandis que le guide touristique explique chaque monument et vous accompagne vers des points d’intérêt, comme la Galerie Borghèse (de l’extérieur) et le lac, les divers jardins du cardinal Borghèse, l’extraordinaire belvédère du Pincio, l’horloge fonctionnant à l’eau et les différents temples d’époques variées mais d’une beauté saisissante.

This tour takes you through the gardens but does not allow entrance to any buildings. Beautiful gardens. Our guide Sam was excellent, knowledgeable and professional.

We had a great time work Max seeing all the major sights with his excellent knowledge he was able to provide not only information but context too. The best most comfortable way to get around Rome BY FAR. Gide was fun, funny, and knowledgeable. Riding in a golf cart is so much better than walking with a big group - which we also did. Go private and always in a golf cart. You can see more and not kilo yourself in the heat.
