Picked up on time even though our plane was two hours late. Excellent driver, helpful and friendly.
Thank you very much for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that your driver was on time despite your flight being delayed by two hours. We're also pleased that you found the driver helpful and friendly. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to serving you again in the future. Safe travels!
It was in my own judgement overpriced compared to the same facilities available, taxis would have been a lot cheaper with the same comfort
Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you felt our service did not offer the value you expected. Our prices are fixed in advance and reflect the quality of our service, including professional licensed drivers, flight monitoring where applicable, door-to-door transportation, and the convenience of a pre-booked private transfer with no hidden charges. We understand that local taxis may sometimes offer lower fares, and we appreciate your comments. Your feedback is valuable and will be taken into consideration as we continue to improve our services. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Kind regards, Directway Cars Ltd
Our driver Oscar was on time and very pleasant and capable. The vehicle was comfortable. It’s an expensive journey, but well worth it.

It's also great to know that you found the vehicle comfortable and that the service provided good value despite the distance involved. We truly appreciate your support and hope to have the pleasure of serving you again in the future.
