This was a great tour and we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the tour ran over the scheduled finishing time of 4pm due to detours requested by some of the other guests. As a result, my husband and I had to leave before the final stop, Shibuya Crossing, as we needed to return to our cruise ship. We were really looking forward to seeing Shibuya Crossing, so it was disappointing to miss it, while the other guests were able to continue on.
Overall, it was a fantastic tour and we would recommend it. My only suggestion would be for the tour guide to stick more closely to the advertised itinerary and timings, particularly when guests have onward commitments.

Excellent
Excellent experience for a bad weather
Informative and funny guide who is multilingual and takes very good photos. Jaime is also bery helpful with tourists not from our group.

Great day
I had a great day with Jiro and his assistant. They took their time explaining about every place we visited and made sure we were all well looked after and had everything we needed. It was alot of walking but were able to stop when we needed and never felt rushed. Thanks again for a wonderful day Jiro!

Great tour of Tokyo
Great experience. Jiro is an awesome guide. Very knowledgeable, personable, and went the extra mile to take care of us. Even sent us a list of the best restaurants to go to near where we are staying.
The tour itself is a great slice of Japan. We saw shrines, went to great shipping, and so much more. I liked that it incorporated local train travel to really experience Tokyo. Also that it was such a small group. Made it more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour and make sure you get Jiro as your guide

Loved this tour
This was a great walking tour and subway experience. Jiro was very knowledgeable and his English was terrific. This was well worth the money and we accomplished a lot in the 7 hours that the tour lasted.

Great tour of Tokyo and guide.
Our tour guide Jiro was the best!! He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful in every way. I loved that the tour utilized the subway system. We got an in depth tour, and a great feel of the city. The tour took us from beautiful
Parks and shrines, to amazing shopping , to the crazy fun insanity of Shibuyo crossing. I highly recommend this tour and make sure to get Jiro as your guide.

Excellent tour guide makes for an excellent tour!
The tour guide, Jiro, was fantastic. Friendly, relatable, and considerate. Weather was rainy but we picked up umbrellas. He bought subway tickets for us and showed us the ropes. We saw quite a bit, he took us to a great lunch spot for running sushi, and the Shibuya crossing was exciting. He gave great recommendations as well, and even took nice photos to share later. Never spent too long in one place, and with the weather the crowds weren’t bad at all. Good for couples or single adults. The shrines were peaceful and I learned quite a bit about the Shinto religion. Gave me great appreciation for the city and culture as a whole. Highly recommend!

Tokyo walking tour
Jiro was a great guide, lots of information but not too much or overbearing. We saw many shrines and temples. He took us to a great sushi lunch that was the best value of the whole trip. Thanks so much
