I was able to purchase tickets even though it was St. Joseph’s holiday. I have had no help from customer service in retrieving a refund even though this was completely out of my control. I’m extremely disappointed in my sheer “lack” of an experience. I purchased the tickets at night and woke up to a message stating that they were closed due to holiday and because I was within the 24-hour window my refund would not be honored.

Absolutely unforgettable! Visiting the Sagrada Familia was already high on our list, but the guided tour made the experience so much more meaningful.
