- 雨や風でタワーが閉鎖されたままになることがありますのでご注意ください

It is a shame I have to write this since the guide was great and the information she provided was more than the guided tour. However, the only reason we chose this tour was to get the tower access, which they only let us know a couple of days in advance that they had not secured the tower access tickets. We tried to contact the provider, but they never responded to our multiple messages. By then, we could not cancel our tickets because they were no available tickets to enter the Basilica with only 2 prior to our visit. If you are planning to visit the Basilica, make sure to only buy these types of tickets if the official website is sold out. The mark-up is ridiculous and they only use the Tower access as a way to sell you this. YOU CAN EASILY BUY TOWER ACCESS TICKETS AT THE BASILICA IF YOU GO EARLY! We had a family of 5 and were able to buy tickets at the Basilica, as did many others. Maybe calling this a scam is a bit harsh, but definitely felt that way since the company ignored us until after the tour was over and asked us to provide a review once they only refunded a portion of our cost.
From pickup to saying goodbye, the entire process was extremely accessible. Roger was an amazing guide who was very informative from start to finish. I 100% recommend.

Louis was our tour guide, and right from the meeting point was warm and engaging, making the visit so interesting and fun. We were grateful that he checked we were all happy and invited questions; it goes without saying that the basilica is spectacular! We visited for the 17:45 slot and were last in the gift shop at closing time - the window colours are absolutely insane at the end of the day. A truly memorable trip with excellent info and a really helpful guide; we’re so glad we booked in!

I pretty upset with my recent tour to the Sagrada Familia this morning. we paid extra to have Tower access and our tour guide(miguel) told us that the tower access was closed. When we spoke with the information desk they told us that was not the case and that the tower was open. our tour guide literally lied to us and we were charged extra to have Tower access yet we weren't taken up. I was told by the Information office that since our tour was purchase with and Outside vendor...Amigo Tours that they were not able to help. I would be weary moving forward using this tour company.
