When you walk in to the sagrada be amazed as you've just flew into heaven what a must see absolutely astonishing and you must go up the tower what a scary walk back down
Unfortunately, the tour guide’s English was very hard to understand. He was very nice, but again, we could only make out certain words throughout the tour. He did keep us moving throughout the church at least.
Easy process to meet up near sagrada familia and get into our group. I appreciate the small group and skip the line for access. Our guide was a pleasure and knowledgeable. He allowed questions and taught us a lot about the history. Very pleased with the tour and the towers are a must, very high up but worth the views.
It was nice to skip the line and learn so much about this place . Our tour guide showed us many of the outside sculptures and explained the meanings
This was a great tour. Lots of interesting information about the history of the building and it's architecture.
Very unhappy with the experience and if you are booking it, you need to be very careful if you’re planning to take children with you. Using the app, I booked the tickets for 4 adults and 4 youth ages 11-17. When we arrived to Julia Travel the tickets we received were for 4 adults and 4 kids ages 6-10 (our kids are 15-17). We were told it would be up to the staff at the Sagrada Família if they let our kids in. At the end of the day, they did allow them in but it created a very stressful morning and undo worry that our kids would not get in. When I called about the concern Viator called Julia Travel and they refused to refund the 4 kids tickets… it was really not a Julia Travel issue. It was the way Viator was set up to book tickets. If you are looking at this tour I would not book it if you are planning to take kids on the tour- Viator is not set-up to get you the correct tickets.
We were really surprised by the size of the basilique. It's so huge! If you go there, do not miss towers. We had a spanish guide even that we do not understand spanish well, just because english tours were not disponible any more for the date we needed. But it worth it anyway. From the tower you have to walk down the stairs which are really narrow at the final part.
Great tour beautiful church,O.mar was the best The location was eady to find. Our to guide Omar had so much energy and enthusiasm itade the toyr so much better.

Iri was a very informative and pleasant guide. We learned a great deal about the history and symbolism while still having time for a meditative experience inside.
