Don’t bother with this tour. It’s expensive for what you get. It’s billed as a private tour with no lines. We waited in the sun in lines for at least 30 minutes to get in. There were 30 people in our group and was rushed. We did a better job going through the Basílica and museum after we left the tour at our own speed.
Tour location was moved. The first part of the tour was good. Then all of a sudden she said now you have a break , go to gift shop and bathroom and come back for tower. Collected equipment and said if you don’t want to come back for tower ok. She never asked who was coming back. I came back and Tina was gone. I had to beg guards to let me in tower. Very unprofessional. I was not late, you did not deliver. I did tower without equipment, would not recommend your company. Tina tried to get rid of us. Very disappointed.
Great tour - Tina was a great guide with so much knowledge and insight. Fast track ticket to avoid the queue us well worth it. Views from the tower were spectacular.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. He described many of the statues and talked about Gaudi’s mindset and direction. Highly recommend this tour; definitely do the guided tour and go up to the bell towers-well worth it!! We were there in the summer and it was very very hot.

Extremely knowledgeable and considerate guide. It was very crowded. Enjoyed the glass windows at about 4PM. Only downside was the confusion finding the museum (poor signage) and the crowds.
Highly recommend this tour. Great history of how the church has transformed over the years. A spectacular sight to see. A must do.
There is nowhere to sit throughout the entire shopping center. Restrooms. After asking several times they pointed me to one, upon approaching they very reluctantly told me this is a restroom but you have to pay, how awful. Then a security guard directed me to another one. The stores are fine but the mall itself is terrible.
