The tour in general is fine, but you need to talk to your agents. We arrived 20 min early as they recommend; our tour was at 6.45pm; we saw the tour person with the flag that they indicate. We continued on the tour; at the time of entering, she was extremely rude, accusing us of wanting to sneak into the tour; it was my husband, my grandparents, two senior citizens; she called two guards and they pulled me by the arm; it should be noted that I am pregnant. And we tried to explain to her that we did have the tour with the agency and she wouldn't listen to us, she just yelled, extremely rude, until she finally wanted to see the reservation; she told us that her tour was at 6.15 pm, but there was no need to put two senior citizens and a pregnant woman through a situation like that, which was extremely painful and unpleasant. Clearly, we didn't start the next tour with the same excitement after this terrible experience. They should provide more training to their agents, as she could have clarified this to us from the beginning, since we were there with her beforehand listening to the full explanation. There was a little confusion at meetup. Two then three guides were attempting to sort out the large group of people. Our tour guide Amanda was super nice, energetic about her country and our tour of Sagrada Família. I woukd Highly recommend!

I really loved going to this wonderful place. My friends and I were amazed and our guide was nice and really friendly.

Our first time in Barcelona and we had the best tour ever. Our guide was super nice, she was super dynamic, the children enjoy the whole time. We really loved it!
