We had a brilliant tour with Marylin. She was so knowledgeable and friendly, and the tour was fantastic. Excellent value for money as well, as it includes maple syrup tasting, wine tasting, really comfortable bus, and great stops along the way. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

We booked the Niagara Falls Tour as an additional experience alongside the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Marylin was an absolutely fantastic tour guide. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and really made an effort to accommodate everyone’s needs. We’ve done quite a few tours before, but we honestly can’t remember ever having such a great guide. The whole tour was very enjoyable and well organised, and we got to see and experience so much more than just the Iguazu Falls. Everything was very well planned and we felt comfortable throughout the entire day. We would highly recommend this tour and would definitely do it again. This was a very nice tour; however, some improvements with timing could make it better. While I understand that some folks want a ton of detail while on the bus, it felt that we wasted significant time just en route to the falls hearing non-stop information. Many folks on the tour had headphones in because it was simply too much information to get— non-stop with no pauses for around 2.5-3 hours, even though our first destination was only 1.5-2 hours away. The stop at the falls was great, but then everything else seemed like the timing was off. We stopped at a food court/rest area/gift shop for lunch ahead of the falls for 45 minutes, even though we had ample time to get lunch at much nicer places by the falls. Every other stop was rushed— only 45 minutes at a beautiful winery and only 1 hour in Niagara on the Lake. Overall, this tour could very much be improved by improving the timing and cutting down on the 3 hour intro on the bus with non-stop information.

We are just finishing our first trip to Toronto. We highly recommend City Sightseeing. We did the Hop On Hop Off City Tour, boat harbor and full day trip to Niagara Falls. The Niagara Falls tour was amazing. Our driver Malek and guide Marilyn were wonderful and fun. The bus was very comfortable as well.
