We booked a Southampton Cruise Terminal to Heathrow transfer that stopped at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle along the way...we had a few hours to burn. The company called me about 10 minutes before scheduled meeting time and confirmed driver was there for us. Found him easily and he drove us to spend appropriate amount of time at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle, then dropped us at Heathrow at the time we had requested. I ordered several transfers for me and my family. Part of it from London Heathrow Airport and part of it from central London to SOUTHAMPTON. A total of about 5 vehicles for various rides. I received excellent service on WhatsApp and email. The attitude was polite and direct. The vehicles are of a high standard, the service is excellent. Payment is convenient and clear. Highly recommended. Without a doubt, I will use your service next time.

Our driver (Sri) was prompt and provided a pleasant and comfortable transfer from the cruise port to Heathrow airport. It was nice to have such a hassle-free last day of our holiday.

I did the online booking and reservation, which was a breeze. I set up a time to meet at the airport with two separate couples. The first couple who originally planned to arrive early ended up arriving later , we called Sai and explained our situation. He arranged to pick up the second couple first and then went to a different terminal and picked us up. He must’ve called us 6 to 8 different times arranging this. He was such a big help. Highly recommend excellent service.

We had a terrible experience. Ended up getting a taxi from the cruise port to the airport. We had to pay another $190 on top of the $309 we had already paid Viator. The company refused to grant a refund. I recommend using a taxi and not booking with this company!

AVOID! if there was a way I could give this company 0 stars I would! When I booked I asked for 2 vans as we were 8 persons with a trolley hand luggage and a 20kg hold luggage each. The person I spoke to insisted that on a long wheeled van these luggaes fit ( I even sent them a picture of the largest luggages), so we booked 3 trips. First 2 trips were OK. A long wheel based van was sent and luggages fit. On our last trip a smaller van was sent despite me sending a reminder to the company to send a long wheel based van. We asked for a bigger van but we're told to wait for 90mins (which we couldn't coz we risked missing the flight). The other option was getting a refund but remain stranded in Southampton because there was no van available! We ended up squashed in a small van for almost 2 hours with luggaes on our laps (photo uplaoded).

Excellent service to transport the 7 of us from Southampton to Heathrow. Polite, prompt, very good and safe driving in a nicely maintained vehicle.

We were supposed to meet our driver at 8:30 coming off the cruise and realized we would be much earlier. Gave them a call and Gabriel was there at 8 am with my name on a board. Took us to Stonehenge on the way to Heathrow and patiently waited for us to finish. Car was comfortable, great driving would use this company again.

Used Pink Berry Car service to transfer from the Southampton Cruise terminal to London Heathrow airport. Excellent service and will gladly use them again.
