Thank you for your feedback. We do want to clarify a few things regarding your experience. First, the 440 or 450 address has absolutely nothing to do with our company. Our confirmation texts, tickets, and receipts clearly state the correct meeting point as **340 Biscayne Boulevard** — never 440 or 450. We kindly encourage you to double-check your confirmation email, receipts, and tickets where the correct address is clearly provided. Regarding the transportation, we also clearly state in both the tour description and the courtesy confirmation sent the day before the tour that if there are fewer than 14 passengers booked, transportation may be operated with a Sprinter van instead of the red double-decker bus. This policy is fully disclosed ahead of time and allows us to continue operating tours efficiently during lower passenger counts. We would also like to clarify that the breakfast stop is completely complimentary and optional. Guests are never required to purchase food or drinks. The stop is simply offered as a convenience for anyone who may want breakfast or refreshments during the tour. The Coca-Cola and any other items purchased were entirely your personal choice and not something required or encouraged by our company. Guests are more than welcome to skip purchasing anything if they prefer. We’re sorry the experience did not fully meet your expectations, but we truly appreciate your feedback and will continue working hard to improve the tour experience for all future guests.

It has simply been used as a public meeting point address where guests wait outside to be picked up by the bus. We do not operate from the hotel, and we have no affiliation with the property. The location is only used as a convenient landmark where guests can meet the driver for pickup. That said, we appreciate your comment and will work on making the instructions clearer so guests understand that it is only a pickup point outside the building, not a check-in location or facility connected to our company. Parking prices at the Bayside garage are set by the parking facility itself and can sometimes be higher depending on events or demand in the area.
